36 Suffolk Parade (formerly 18A)
This shop forms part of the Daffodil buildings, designed by architect Leonard Barnard in 1913 for Fed Sims, the owner of the bakery across the road at 17 Suffolk Parade and original proprietor of the Daffodil Cinema. Further research is required on the 20th century history of the building.
In the early years of the 21st century the shop accommodated Falcon Estates but in January 2025 became home to the Little School of Art. This is an art workshop set up by Daisy-Jane Lynch to provide fun and leisure, predominately for young children but also catering for adults.
